ANCHOR Mobile police looking for the suspect in a deadly club shooting. It happened after 1 o�clock this morning at Phat Tuesdays. That is where they found the body of 42 year-old Tito Smith. He had been shot to death. RICK My name is Rick Johnson and I have been here for a 11 years. I got the phone call My bartender called and said, Rick, there is a shooting in the club , I think he is dead. By the time I get here, there is guy laying in blood. RICK The first thing that came to my mind I wanted to know who did especially in my place. I went back and got my cameras and wound them back to saw the whole thing. The shooter, I have never seen him in here before. They was patting him down. The way that boy got the pistol in, he had a boot on his leg and he had the pistol down in the boot, that�s why it wasn�t detected, RICK Ain�t nobody allowed to bring weapons up in here, you get caught trying to bring a weapon in here, you are banned for life. ANCHOR Breaking at 5 and armed and dangerous accused murderer was captured by US marshals in Atlanta, Police say Demetrius Anderson is in custody. BARTON Demetrius Anderson was arrested in Georgia. A year later he was extradited to Mobile to face the criminal charges for the homicide that occurred here. Tito leaves behind 2 sons, a daughter and a girlfriend. Tito was shot in the neck and chest. Leading away from tito�s body� They find a trail of blood � Minutes before the 911 call. The suspect appears to be wearing a medical walking boot on his left leg. The angle pointed at the door will take time to download. One of the bar patrons remained on scene after tito was murdered. The man isn�t there� but detectives get another address for him The car is not registered to the possible suspect. After working 22 hours straight. Learned the shooting was caught on video, and that the suspect pulled a gun from His medical boot, Discovered a man was recently arrested who fits the suspect�s description, but Have been unable to track him down.
