And this time, you will have to bring together all the elements, from videos to dressing property to showing people around to creating brochures, to presenting. I�m putting you into pairs. And we're going back to the very first challenge you had this you two versus you two. PK One last shot at winning the competition and coming to work for me. MAIREAD You're not gonna see me stressed this time. PK Good, good, because you will be up against the ropes this week for sure, but you will be in your life you will be in your career. And this is all about training for that. MAIREAD Something that has been continuously fed back to me in this experience is the fact that I don't manage my stress well. COLIN The profit is absolutely massive. It's a hell of a lot of land. PK VO The first challenge is to plan a showcase of their properties PAM In some of the modern homes that we've been in. They always have great flowers. DAVID White flowers PAM White flowers, yeah. Everything has to have a clear brand. PAM Black or White is always nice, clean, modern. DAVID All the same scent.. PAM You want it to feel like a luxury hotel DAVID Simple refreshments, simple drinks, milkshakes or something. That shows real growth on both of your parts. I think you've brought some serious people over, which is encouraging. But it is incredibly challenging to channel that kind of lone wolf energy. ANTHONY One person's lone wolf is another person's loose cannon. PK For me, it's not about who they are now. It's who they could be. So ultimately, it's going to be who can I work with? And who can I fill in the gaps for Who do I think is my shining star, my diamond in the rough. PK VO I have gathered all the trainees together for one last time. STACEY I can't wait to see the game. You've had issues of stress that I know that you've been quite focused on working on. I told you my mission statement when I first met you, is that I wanted to do things differently. I don't want things done, how they should be done. I want disruption in this industry. I need someone who I think can break the mold I'm really sorry Pam. I'm really sorry.
