DAVID Yeah, okay, so you�ve been to the Hamptons.. it�s all ocean side homes.. that shingle architecture, wooden paneling, and fresh airy vibe, that the Hamptons give off. We are gonna immerse you a little bit more .. in the Hamptons �. So this is �. Our take .. THEA Thank you DAVID On a virgin .. east Hamptons ice tea, so you won�t get drunk on that, I am afraid. We can do that later. So, without further ado. I would like to introduce you to this Hampton style, luxury family house. Its only thirty seconds walk, from one of the best primary schools in the area. Now, if you go thirty seconds down the other way that road, you are arrive at Parsons Green park, which has a play area for kids . so if the kids are getting a bit crazy just take them down the park thirty seconds.. or if you�ve got a dog take the dog down there for a nice walk.. and village has erm �. High end shops and tube station, which is on the district line. PAM As you walk into the property .. you really feel like you are immersed into the pages of an interior design magazine. So, this is the main reception room, lots of natural light coming in, from the outside and .. this is the kitchen, throughout the house, there is wooden ceilings, which kind of contributed to us feeling that Hampton beachy staycation vibe. Next, we are going to take you on a journey .. through the house, through video. We shot this video, from the point of view of the buyer. It looks like a really nice house, it looks like somewhere you�d wanna live. I am so pleased that you managed to keep the length of the video down. And the whole introduction was kind of fun but it was ridiculous DAVID Well we were pitching it as a family home.. so just wanted to get across you know the exciting family things that were in that area, but, obviously yeah bit too much PK No I get it, it was just like when�s this going to end DAVID Ha.. And the presentations I�ve had a chance to think about them. One of those videos we could use to sell the house, and one of those videos, we couldn�t. David �. I don�t want to be told how good looking I am .. when you�re there to present a property. You got the brand completely wrong. DAVID I got to defend myself a little bit here. The opening statement I take full responsibility for that. I tried to be brave and put my personality out there .. now when it comes to the branding, that was a team decision we all went for the Hamptons. We did that together. PAM Everything was a team decision. However, I think we would have been in a really worse position, if we had gone with David�s idea, which was .. a nautical house, erm so Hamptons was I think, much better than us calling it a nautical home, and, having catch phrases like all aboard. Land ahoy and things like that so.. DAVID Hold on � .hold on. STACEY You did say that PK What was the nautical thing what was it based on? DAVID Well, just the wooden paneling. There was a lot of erm pictures of the sea.. there were seashells around PAM When David has an idea.. it�s very hard to dissuade him DAVID Really? STACEY Well, like Pam said, when David has an idea, he has an idea and want to push for it, so I was really aware, that the advice you had given me, to let everyone kind of have their say� PK What was your view? STACEY I didn�t think it was a nautical house. At all PK Guys, the other video .. wow it was just so long. Started great, Mairead took me in through the front door, took me into the kitchen, and then you just sort of .. lost its way, one of the things that you guys have got to learn, particularly in the team is .. go with peoples strengths, right, you don�t all have to have a few lines, it�s not a school play. One of you can direct it.. one of you can deal with the particulars and make sure they are really accurate�. One of you, who is good at presenting, can front the video.. don�t make Rasa do something, that doesn�t make her look good. Bobby, one of the biggest problems with the video was you. BOBBY Yeah PK I wasn�t feeling that you were taking it seriously .. you have to still remember, we are representing clients who own multi million pound homes. PK I appreciate that. But it�s how much you�re improving, and whether or not, I think we can get you, to where I need you to be.
