Ha ha BOBBY I was literally meant to be flying back from Prague today COLIN Really? BOBBY For a volley ball tournament yeah COLIN Volley ball? BOBBY I play for Londons premier gay mans volleyball team COLIN Shut up PAM No way! BOBBY Yeah and we had a tournament literally just meant to be yesterday and I was like I just cant, I was like I need to be fresh for this PAM I am really excited to meet PK I have seen him, of course, on TV He is a straight talking type of person So, I am excited to see what he is going to tell us, about this whole experience and you know, what to kind of expect from it PK VO I am a Londoner, born and bred, I have a achieved a lot, I have traded over a billion dollars worth of property Been vice chairman of Tottenham Hotspur, and managed global icons, like Pele and Boy George PK VO I picked this group of rough diamonds, because I believe they have got the potential to make it PK VO But first, they are going to have to prove they can work for me ALL Hey PK VO Which I can promise you, isnt going to be easy PAM Hello PK Im just joking PAM The way you just walked in, I was like PK How you all doing? STACEY Good good good ALL Great PK Welcome to the first day, of the rest of your lives, its not going to be easy This is going to be a tough journey I am opening a new agency Its a super prime residential agency, and you guys have got the opportunity to come and work for me And, building this super prime division, within RIB, is my absolute focus I have global aspirations The reason youre here, is, I think youre going to make money in real estate, and if you make money, guess what happens? ALL You make money PK I make money! Id like to introduce you to Lonnee, from LA, she is going to share her expertise which is twenty five years in real estate The fabulous Thea, has been in the real estate business for fifteen years She sold real estate at the highest level And she is here, to help you guys, and to tell me when youre getting it wrong We are not there to trip you up We are there to help you I am going to keep saying this, I want you to win I am a guy that really understands ups and downs I started with nothing, and I created a billion dollar real estate company And I lost it And had to pick myself up, and start again You guys are going to get taught, and hopefully learn a lot about what it takes to become a super prime agent And one of the first things I want you to learn, is how to put on an open house Now, an open house is a regular thing, its done very often in LA Its super glitzy, its an event So, we are going to send you to a couple of our listings, Pam and David, Colin and Mairead, you guys, are going to go off with Lonnee, to look at one of our listings, and you other guys, are going to go with Thea, and they are going to teach you how to do an open house, Los Angeles style PK Good luck PK VO Open house events, are basically parties in super lux properties Theyre the key to selling property in LA And I want to bring a bit of that glamour to the UK My wannabe agents, are about to get their first taste of a multi million pound property PK VO But what theyve really gotta work out, is whats the event they can put on, thats gonna help them sell that house PAM Wow LONNEE Welcome everyone, to Park Crescent PAM This is stunning COLIN Oh, its gorgeous MAIREAD Ahhh oh I feel like I shouldnt touch anything! MAIREAD Ah hey this is amazing COLIN Very well styled innit MUSIC LONNEE This property is just under six million pounds PAM Oh wow! LONNEE Its right next to Regents Park which is amazing, it also has, I believe, eight acres of private gardens, that you have access to The thing that is very important, I think, about an open house, especially if you have a theme, is to remember, that, youre here to sell this property PAM Sure, yes LONNEE Whatever idea you come up with, think of this place as a brand So, this building was designed by John Nash, he was one of the architects of Buckingham Palace, and hes responsible for the light, erm colour of the Georgian architecture, because he pioneered these of stucco in London So, with that in mind, I sort of thought, okay what can I do with that? You might have a twilight opening, for example, which is done in The States a lot, for luxury property, which is something after work, you know, candles, very elegant, string quartet Music, something like that MAIREAD I feel like Ive walked by a million of these kinda houses, I have no idea what they look like inside So, today was very exciting ha ha, to just even, be inside and, see what it looks like, and I just want more! Ha ha COLIN Ooh MAIREAD Oh, okay DAVID Here is a real test, the smoothness of the drawers, okay thats pretty nice PAM Yeah DAVID I like that DAVID Its an open house PAM Yeah DAVID Okay, so we got, I think its a great space for the open house, this is the focal point, right This is where this is where youre serving people their drinks PAM That nice fireplace yeah DAVID And then, get the fire on PAM I think youd have to have very few people in here, to have the fire on DAVID But if the fire is on Hawaiian party, people wearing Hawaiian shirts and shorts PAM I dont David, I dont really get Hawaii when I walk in here DAVID It doesnt have to be Hawaiian PAM Ha ha ha ha PAM If I was going to do open house, here, Id have like a nice Japanese menu, because it gives me Japanese vibes DAVID Why do you think Japanese though? PAM When I walked in here, the ceramics, look you know that nice, minimalistic modern Japanese design is what it made me think of The low tables, then I was looking at some of the coffee table books So thats just the vibe that it gave me DAVID There you go hey! Kimono party PAM Well yeah DAVID Thats the theme PAM It could work DAVID Everyone wears Kimonos yeah PK VO Theres a massive difference, between enhancing a super prime home, and cheapening it And nailing the theme plays a big role in getting it right THEA So, its this building here STACEY Wow THEA Incredible, right? STACEY Yeah THEA So, this is a grade two listed building And were taking the lift, straight to the penthouse RAABIA Wow, this is nice MUSIC RASA Amazing THEA This is the penthouse Split over two floors Now, were in Bayswater, which is a super prime area of London Properties in this area, tend to retail for about four to five million and up This is a really remarkable property, for, lets say, a bachelor or bachelorette THEA So, I am thinking, for the open house, my first thought would be, I want to create an atmosphere of fun, so, Id be thinking about ambience, Id be thinking about music You need to be thinking about how you make this open house, different to other instructions that they will be seeing One of the interesting things about the way people buy property, is, they remember things if it has been linked to an emotion So, if you want to be remembered and you want this to be memorable, it needs to illicit an emotion BOBBY Ah oh STACEY Oh no, look BOBBY Walking round this, I am already thinking, oh what would I do, how would I do this How if people walked in, like what are these pillows right? STACEY Do you think were allowed to come with an iron and things like that, because I wanna be like ironing the bed sheets and, like pressing things and BOBBY I am more of like a pillow like like STACEY Pillow Ha ha ha RASA Beautiful RAABIA Its nice and bright it looks expensive RASA Yes, exactly RAABIA But, I love the ceiling, like the detailing makes such a difference RAABIA I didnt appreciate how much work and how much detail and how much information, and how much you need to know, to do this Its crazy how much we have to learn, like its overwhelming THEA Id be relay intrigued to hear how you guys would approach an open house Because this isnt just necessarily buying a flat, we are bringing LA to London So, were not just opening up the doors, we are bringing them an experience STACEY I had an open house when I have been going into places I resonate with the smell of the place RAABIA Yeah STACEY A scent is so important, so, thats definitely something I would bring into an open house THEA Its really interesting actually, agency to agency there are very often bespoke candles BOBBY Straight away, I think this room for me, this room has got lots of space, it opens up to the kitchen as well, so I think people just associate more here is where you are going to stand with your glass of champagne THEA So, really interesting point, what he is touching on there, is what we call the gravitas of the house So, it tends to be the way that humans behave in a property, they tend to begin their tour, and end up, most comfortable in the gravitas of the home and funny enough we are standing in it, right now The sense, the smells creating the right ambience, at the right levels, I think it sounds like were starting to get the bones for an open house STACEY I havent been in a property like this before I wouldnt be human if I wasnt nervous STACEY I know this is about me and this is what I wanna do and I will do everything in my power, to get what I want and get that job with PK PK VO Okay, its time to turn the heat up in the competition, my recruits are going to have to throw an event in a twenty million pound property With zero experience Lets hope they dont screw it up PK Hi everyone, how was it? ALL Really good fun PK That was ten or eleven million pounds worth of property in central London you saw which brings me on beautifully to, this weeks property PK So, this is Kenwood House, its twenty six acres, four kitchens, ten bedrooms Twelve bathrooms Its got a heli pad Three swimming pools This house is an astonishing twenty million pounds GIRL Oh my goodness PK Right, this is a big expensive house If youre gonna create, what I consider to be the UKs first true open house experience, I am going to split you into pairs for this open house Rasa and Raabia Youre in charge of the guest list Bobby and Stacey, youre in charge of entertainment Colin and Mairead, you are in charge of props Pam and David, youre in charge of food The budget is tough And I am only giving you two thousand pounds But that two thousand pounds is for all eight of you So, youre gonna have to work that out, as a team, you guys need to get together, choose the theme, and then get into your individual pairs See you soon PK VO Of course, I know a two grand budget to sell a twenty million pound house, is a joke But, what I really wanna see, is which of them can hustle, blag, and make this event a success BOBBY Guys, I have so many good ideas about this But, I think if we look at the house, I think if we just think what is the first thing that comes to my head because to me, its like family like summer fete, is the first thing COLIN Like a circus BOBBY I think a circus can get like scary and be quite adult, I was thinking something more sort of like tropical RASA I dont know, I see this big house and I see great Gatsby something like that COLIN Nice MAIREAD I like that DAVID Is that going to appeal to families though? MAIREAD Yeah DAVID If they are coming with families and kids PAM Tropical might actually work Because the house is like an escape out of London DAVID Escapism innit, and its got three swimming pools BOBBY Three swimming pools DAVID I mean you can use that in your tropical aspect MAIREAD Thats true so how do we make tropical for families COLIN The only thing I would suggest, Gatsby is the, the classiest one MAIREAD I think its very glam as well, I think we could do a lot with it, it could be really engaging and exciting RASA It doesnt have to be Gatsby, obviously PAM I think, I think the word Gatsby might have just thrown us all off, but I think the era of the nineteen twenties might make a lot of sense RASA Nineteen twenties MAIREAD The roaring twenties PAM Yeah luxury its grandeur its all of that MAIREAD I think we should put it to a vote just to make sure that everyone feels RASA Is on the same page MAIREAD Yeah I agree MAIREAD Okay those for the tropical theme All in favour of the roaring twenties COLIN Lets do it BOBBY Yeah RASA Yes lets do it MAIREAD Yes weve got our theme okay guys we have a lot of work to do, so lets get to it I am excited Lets go DAVID I was outvoted seven to one there is no point in feeling down about it, you got work as a team, sometimes, something you dont like but you crack on and you get on with it DAVID Georgio Morning PK VO If David thought being outvoted by his team mates was a bad start to the day things were about to get worse as his partner Pam has just called in sick DAVID Right bye DAVID Okay guys So, shes not feeling very well RAABIA David how do you feel about that? It is a big responsibility, I mean weve got like a day DAVID Yeah Its alright you know STACEY Dont stress about it, youve got us to RAABIA I just wanted to you know offer like we are here to support you and you know we will give you a second opinion if you need anything DAVID Yeah thats what I wanna get from you guys now Yeah so RAABIA Yeah go for it DAVID In terms of erm food erm obviously we wanna keep it light and classy right, so were thinking like finger food hors doeuvres erm blinis and with those blinis if we want to save money, we could make them ourselves Youre shaking your head RAABIA I dont agree, we want it to be perfect I dont think DAVID No I agree too RAABIA We can take the risk DAVID Yeah I mean, obviously we want it perfect, but weve also got a budget as well RASA We dont want them leaving with a bad taste DAVID Its disappointing Pams not here, but, most important is her health, obviously the whole team came together and offered their support We are going to have to, like you know, get our hands dirty as it were DAVID I dont mind serving some drinks, I dont mind making some blinis I might learn something PK VO While Davids stressing about serving up the right snacks, Rasa and Raabia are struggling with this guest list RAABIA Dont you think weve got the hardest task? RASA I think it is All my years living in London, and travelling abroad, living this lavish lifestyle I have made some good contacts RAABIA Yeah I am excited to see what you bring RASA I have a few people in mind I think we will do alright RAABIA Yeah RASA I think as long as we have at least twenty people in the house I think thats what matters RAABIA The pressures on babe RASA Exactly RAABIA Ha ha RASA Ive been doing casino job for ten years, I have been meeting people on a daily basis, and I do have perfect contact for this particular house RASA Me and Raabia we have been given the most challenging task I would say, but I have got my black book, so we will make it PK VO To dress the super prime property, in a twenties theme, Colin and Mairead are on the search for the perfect props COLIN Oh this smells disgusting MAIREAD Okay put your hands up in the air PK VO And its a very fine line, between tacky and classy MAIREAD Okay so lets bear in mind, nineteen twenties Okay so this is jumping out at us, already Oh thats cool COLIN Its got that art deco vibe, which is what we were hoping for MAIREAD I think that is very fitting COLIN Its definitely got the wow that we were hoping to get its just, budget and cost MAIREAD I know we do have to bear that in mind COLIN But why dont we worry about that later MAIREAD The thing is, from what weve seen of the house, anything thats going to tie the theme we definitely have to take the reins on that yeah COLIN Yeah weve definitely got the hardest job, I think shall we go round and have a little look MAIREAD I know I know Its like a full life-size martini glass COLIN This feels quite right to me MAIREAD So, we like this, lets keep moving COLIN Okay COLIN Thats cool MAIREAD That is very cool and that definitely has the wow factor Do you think thats COLIN I dont think my mum, my mum would approve because theres a bit of nipple on show MAIREAD Ha ha COLIN Feel bad undressing her, I dont even know her ha ha MAIREAD Take her out for dinner first COLIN Ha ha yeah MAIREAD Okay, I feel like Ive found I dont know I think these are kind of do you think they are are kind of nineteen twenties? Colin would you have a look at these glasses COLIN Mairead MAIREAD Yeah COLIN Dyou wanna hand MAIREAD Ha ha PK VO Meanwhile, back in the office, Ive got absolutely no idea what the entertainment team are up to STACEY I can do that I do that BOBBY Oh oh STACEY Oh no thats too much STACEY I quite like that BOBBY Its extremely classy Apart from the hell raiser exorcism STACEY Yeah ha ha MUSIC BOBBY Ha ha ooh h a ha ooh ha ha BOBBY Thats a health and safety hazard I mean I am very excited Ooh, STACEY Ha ha ha BOBBY I think if you imagine PK came to the house with his children STACEY Yeah well no BOBBY I dont know if he is going to appreciate it STACEY No BOBBY That was better Golden buzzer at the moment yeah right, for me I think excess, so if we could have two acts I think that would the glamerous side, and I think we are definitely heading towards the brass band and the contortionist BOBBY I feel like weve made the perfect decision with the acts We are one of the most important parts of the open house But, I dont know what people are going to think when we all back together MAIREAD The house is huge, so we are gonna need like a few of these kind of statement pieces And we dont want to come back and they are like you guys got one prop COLIN Yeah, lets short list it We have a short list with the bar MAIREAD What we didnt really discuss what our allocated budget is, we have to talk to the rest of the group COLIN Yeah, okay cool BOBBY Hello, Bobby speaking MAIREAD Hey Bobby, its Mairead and Colin BOBBY Oh great MAIREAD We have been looking at the props this morning and we picked out an art deco bar there is a life sized martini glass and then we got this kind of like nineteen twenties statue, of a naked woman with a its like a lamp as well BOBBY It sounds really expensive STACEY What have you spent? MAIREAD Well we havent spent anything yet, we wanna discuss with you guys first, in total it all comes to five nine five BOBBY But the budget for all of us is two thousand COLIN Have you allocated us anything yet? RAABIA Yeah we should have done that STACEY Do we really need the naked woman? RASA I dont think we do MAIREAD I am just conscious if we dont get the statue of the woman the house is so big, that it might feel like there is no theme going on if we only have like one or two props you know what I mean BOBBY Weve all got reservations on the statue of the lady If we take that away, then that takes you guys down to four hundred and fifty pounds Get rid of the statue of the naked woman COLIN Okay fine MAIREAD Its up to you yeah COLIN No worries no worries MAIREAD Its a team decision thats that's fine okay COLIN Absolute madness MAIREAD Thats kind of annoying MAIREAD I am disappointed that we dont have all the things that we picked out, its really dawning on me now, how massive that house is and I just dont want potential buyers to walk in and be underwhelmed, and I am worried that myself and Colin will maybe suffer for that PK VO My trainees are midway through prepping their first open house event Its a twenty million pound house, that they have to dress, style, and hopefully sell No pressure RASA You have to see this house, its amazing DAVID This is food and drink catering for an open house RASA Good So can I confirm? BOBBY Just as people walk in you can be holding a tray MAIREAD Hey BOBBY Hi guys ALL Hi STACEY Hello how are yous COLIN Hello STACEY How did you do? COLIN It was really good STACEY I am excited to see what you got MAIREAD Hopefully the house will look full enough with what we did go with BOBBY So weve got a brass band, but as well, we also got a contortionist COLIN Oh wow okay fine STACEY So me and Bobby booked them both And managed to get both of them for one thousand, one hundred pound MAIREAD I am just a little bit disappointed, that we werent able to include all the props, just because I think they would have really added to the theme And, we didnt really hear from you guys, but we consulted you so it would have been great, to just have discussed the budget a little bit further rather than just being overruled straight away MAIREAD My main worry, is that, maybe, it might come back to myself and Colin, that we didnt provide enough props, whatever about the art deco lady, my fear is that maybe PK will walk into the house, and everything is amazing, and then, he will turn to myself and Colin and say, why is there only four props this looks empty PK VO She knows me so well already, this lot look like they are going to need a little bit of encouragement PK style PK Hello ALL Hello PK Hi guys how are you? I know I said I wasnt coming in, but my curiosity got the better of me, how are you doing? RAABIA Good yeah, pressures on but we got this PK Well were never going to have a load of people that are never going to buy this house are we? RASA We will have key people not a lot its not about the quantity its about the quality PK What is the best school in Radlett? RASA We still doing researches on that PK Still doing it? Or havent started doing it? RAABIA We are RASA We are concentrating on the list, on the guest list PK When youre encouraging people to come and look at houses one of the big selling points, is the school so if you dont have the information, it tells me youre not really discussing Radlett with them, so I want you to think about that, and if youre struggling to get people in then finding selling points about the area, how quickly you can get to the west end you bringing someone from west RASA M25 PK No its not M25 to the West end RASA M25 PK No anyway, I want you to educate yourself on Radlett RAABIA Yeah RAABIA I think finding potential buyers is very stressful, because, people might be, interested, however, twenty million might not be their pricing point PK David, how you doing? DAVID Yeah, I am not going to lie, I am struggling a bit with working the numbers for the food and drink PK I said to you yesterday, hustle, right youre on your own DAVID Okay I did speak to one friend who runs a catering company PK Calling in favours from friends, which is great DAVID Yeah yeah no I wanna do that yeah I wanna do that more PK I wanted to chat with you anyway what is driving this ambition to be a super prime estate agent DAVID Estate agent PK Who do you want to impress in your life who incentivizes you? DAVID I think its two people its future David ha ha I wanna make that guy, who I think he can be, and second is my mum and dad you know they have looked after me so well Theyve done everything for me PK Right, and I think its really beautiful that you wanna do this for your parents, and I love the idea of you wanna do it for tomorrows David, I think thats great But, tomorrows David is going to be okay You need to worry about todays David Dyou know what I mean get your head in gear, as I said to you, right at the beginning I want you to do well here DAVID Thank you yeah, I appreciate that DAVID Had a nice conversation with PK today he asked me, you know, why am I doing this who am I doing it for And, it was just a nice sort of fatherly moment really a moment of encouragement and erm belief I think and That was really good for me, I think yeah we had a little moment, didnt we? DAVID Hello mate, alright I am wondering what sort of deals you might be able to get us on the catering, got quite a small budget, it going to be a bit of a bit of an ask, but we need champagne Five hundred? Come on RASA I know I know, its really short notice Okay thank you so much RAABIA What happened? RASA Its just not working He cant make it Out of like twenty people I had in mind, only two people confirm so far its like its not happening, we were so sure we were going to get people RAABIA I know I know RASA And this is not happening RAABIA I have literally crossed everyone off my list like RASA Voice mail RAABIA The pressure was on us RASA I feel so bad, because we spoke big And were not delivering RAABIA I know I know RASA This is This is really bad PK VO No guests, missing food, and deathly questionable props I am not sure how this is going to go but at least the house is living up to its billing LONNEE Welcome to Kenwood House RASA We home ha ha BOBBY Oh wow! Ha ha RASA Oh wow RASA Theres the swimming pool can I jump in PAM This is our first open house, they have thrown us right in it to like an incredible property Its just as impressive as it is in pictures, its insane STACEY Wow BOBBY Ah sick STACEY What a space for entertaining RASA I dont like to cook but this is like my favourite kitchen I think I would learn cook for this BOBBY Oh ho ho MAIREAD Wow the view DAVID Sit back here, look out on to your manor MAIREAD This is just incredible The whole space just flows through right into the garden PAM Yeah RAABIA This is luxury BOBBY Shall we see how many people we can get in the shower BOBBY Enough for a party MAIREAD You can still see the view of the pool from here STACEY I have sat up last night doing my research Doing notes on how I am going to greet guests and I have just put in as much hours as I can to make sure that I get this right today BOBBY So, where are we at? Can we catch up because I dont know where we are at with food guest list DAVID Okay we are having half of the canaps hors doeuvres delivered, the other half, I have picked up loads of little bits and bops we are going to put together later, so, if anyone can help me great BOBBY Happy to help mate PAM Brilliant DAVID And alcohol, I pulled a few favours in, and I think weve got two free bottles of bourbon whisky, two free bottles of gin, and I think its ten bottles of champagne Its a good start alright DAVID I dont mind running the bar if thats what you want me to do BOBBY Where are we at with the guest list then? RAABIA We did struggle a bit erm it was harder than we anticipated People are busy, we just thought you know people would come, erm, so we had to get some help from our colleagues at RIB RASA So we just have to catch up with them, and see how many people they have coming, from our side, we have four PAM Confirmed? RASA Erm they might be bringing yes, confirmed MAIREAD Weve got four people confirmed RASA At the end of the day, its not about the quantity its about the quality PAM If you were struggling with the guest list you probably should have reached out to us MAIREAD Exactly RAABIA When we discussed the guest list with the others, they were a bit disappointed in us, but me and Rasa have made it clear that its quality not quantity you know we only need one buyer, erm to make that sale And, I think we can do it THEA Guys, sorry to interrupt, youve got so much to do come on lets get going STACEY The fact that there is four people coming is a little bit of a letdown probably a major let down, they just kinda made it out as if they had it all sorted, and then we didnt actually find out, until on the day, I just think thats a little bit STACEY Is this the martini glass COLIN It is a big martini glass MAIREAD Martini glass BOBBY I just thought it was going to be more grand PK VO Phoning in sick, on the first week of your job, is never going to be a good look In my book, but it seems after a day in bed, Pam is back Just in time to help David set up the catering for this event PAM What are putting on the crackers DAVID This were gonna make it up as we go PAM This is a little bit overwhelming because we have mint, fruit DAVID Yeah it gonna be great DAVID Pam hasnt said she has felt missed out, I think shes come in like she was always here MAIREAD Come ontime is money MAIREAD Colin we need to be quick everything is quick right now okay DAVID Chill all that champagne, that is the first thing they are going to get right MAIREAD Can you blow up balloons? MAIREAD People are actually asking me where to put stuff and what to do, so, if I am the one that is leading this operation, then were all going down ha ha BOBBY This area pretty much needs to be cleared now BOBBY Here you are guys were here Are we ready yet THEA I dont mean to be the bearer of bad news, but you have ten minutes before guests start showing up for this open house MUSIC THEA They are incredibly up against the clock, and I am really concerned that they are gonna get it all done in time PK VO Its open house event day, and before any of the potential buyers arrive, my trainees are going to have to deal with the most challenging guest theyll face all day Me PK Hi RAABIA Hello PK How are you all how are you doing, you look very glamorous RAABIA Thank you PK Good to see you BOBBY Something sweet just to tickle the taste buds BOBBY Hand selected just for today PK Not very cold is it Ill pass on that Why isnt the garden dressed? Its an open house Where is the towels where is the lifestyle youve got five minutes PAM Towels and cream lifestyle PK Make it look like youd wanna sit out there PK VO When it comes to luxury property, the devil is in the detail And if these trainees wanna impress, they need to start paying attention to detail STACEY Where are the towels theyre there BOBBY Oh guys, have you never been to a beach club! PK Tell me everything Any rising stars any fading stars? LONNEE I was actually really surprised, because I think David really knocked it out of the park PK Did he? LONNEE He did, and he got a lot of free alcohol free canaps PK Did he LONNEE Yes PK Because I had a chat with him about that LONNEE Interesting, now you might have straightened him out PK I love someone who actually listens, and takes it in, and then activates thats great LONNEE Yes THEA I think I clocked twenty minutes, talking about the balloons do the balloons really add to an open house, realistically? I mean LONNEE Right THEA Were so short on time, and Stacey, I have seen some really good instincts PK Why is he wearing that ridiculous jacket he looks like he is presenting a variety show LONNEE I thought he was a bar tender THEA Some of them thought it would be a good idea to dress kind of in the theme the nineteen twenties theme PK Is that what the theme is? THEA Yeah LONNEE Yes PK I am really like shocked here, this is supposed to be a nineteen twenties theme LONNEE Colin and Mairead were in charge of the props, and they actually had a really beautiful elegant art deco woman statue, that I thought would be great at the entry way, to establish the theme And, they really didnt fight hard for that prop PK So the whole theme thing has bombed THEA Yeah LONNEE Yeah PK Why am I not hopeful? Why am I not feeling it? STACEY My nerves are going I need to be STACEY So lovely to meet you, welcome to Kenwood House RAABIA Welcome to Kenwood House Would you like a drink? STACEY If you need me for anything, just give us a shout, on you go RASA Nice to see you PK VO Rasa and Raabia were in charge of the guest list But they have only managed to get four to pitch up RAABIA Quite impressive MAN Not too shabby RAABIA Yeah ha ha PK VO But, to save the event, my partner Anthony, has managed to pack the house with other potential buyers RASA Here you are sir, enjoy BOBBY You can see through the glass floor there is one of three swimming pools RASA Entertainment area, okay lets do it, it this way PAM Look at this view, as soon as you walk in MAN Its beautiful PAM Stunning PAM Drinks are flowing Conversations are happening There is a bigger turnout than I thought there was going to be, which I am happy about RASA What do you think your buyer would like? MUSIC DAVID Is that enough or would you like a bit more DAVID Ive been stuck behind the bar, just erm making people drinks I dont even , I am not a barman I poured someone a double a minute ago, no one is eating the food though No one is eating the bloody food STACEY There is ten bedrooms and twelve WOMAN Ten bedrooms STACEY Ten bedrooms PK You have to shout, to sell anything COLIN I really like the band, I think it added a bit of theatre to it, but, its just too loud, I think it just suppressed the conversation PK Lonnee I cant hear myself think here! LONNEE Its very loud, yes LONNEE The band was very loud could have been acoustic, something a bit different that wouldnt have detracted from the conversations DAVID Should I get the band to turn it down a bit? MUSIC DAVID Its not a party, its an open house, I guess, so its a bit harder to have a conversation when you are like sort of like leaning its like being in a nightclub isnt it DAVID Its gone! THEA Its absolute chaos COLIN I am disappointed now THEA The trainees are running round, chasing their tails, its totally chaotic BOBBY Why dont we just put it down mate MAIREAD I am loving it COLIN Yeah, the buzz MAIREAD Yeah, I have shown a lot of people round, I am like this is my passion ha ha yeah DAVID Not really chatted to the guests though, been a bit disappointing but MAIREAD Oh really? DAVID Yeah MAIREAD Well, I mean its not too late Definitely try and give someone a tour COLIN I dont mind taking the bar for a bit DAVID How about I take you both for a tour PK VO There is a split emerging in the team Some are downstairs being staff and some are upstairs at least trying to be agents COLIN So, as you can see, this is probably one of the most beautiful bedrooms youre ever going to see COLIN But yes this house is exceptional MAN Enough rooms so that you wake up and you realize youve done alright RASA Its just like so mesmerizing You just wake up to just to see this and youre just happy you have a good day ha STACEY Im happy are you happy? BOBBY Oh I am happy, I do think a couple of people have been very interested in selling the house and not, in terms of the event STACEY Oh yes BOBBY There is a couple of people I have not seen them pour a drink or do anything STACEY Youve not seen anyone do anything BOBBY No, not anyone, there is just a couple of people BOBBY Ive not seen Pam, Rasa or Raabia like pick up a glass, or clean a glass or pour a drink for anyone I think there is a couple of people who are very focused on trying to sell the house, and not being team players RASA There was some issues We didnt have full house as we planned However, we did have quality people, and there was interest from them, for me, thats all what matters RASA Well done us, I think we must be proud of ourselves PAM I agree RAABIA Yeah hundred percent I think for our first open house we did very well COLIN Great BOBBY I am not so sure GIRL Really? BOBBY Yeah, I personally think there was a couple of like key points that we missed I think we sort of lost our roles a little bit RASA What do you mean, we lost our roles in which sense I dont understand that BOBBY Some people like solely focused on like walking around and just sort of like doing viewings PAM I think it would have been a missed opportunity to not actually just guide people, its a big house RAABIA Yeah, I think people wanted to be shown around as well BOBBY I am not saying that PAM I dont think we had clear roles in terms of you stay here BOBBY Youre all missing my point I was just saying it was just a little bit of a mess RASA Lets see the positive side We had quality people and they seemed to be interested PAM Lets just hope that we have managed to impress PK and lets hope that one of those people is actually interested in buying the house BOBBY Yeah MAIREAD This is it whatever happens weve done all that we can and, we just have to hope for the best MAN Bye ALL Thank you for coming BOBBY Have a great day GIRL Thank you for coming PK Hey guys ALL Hi Pk PK So, I want to give you a bit of feedback from today, and its not all good PK Team is the operative word here I was very clear with you, this was a team effort David I thought when you came into this competition, that you werent taking it seriously You have completely changed my mind Not only do I know you are taking it seriously you have done a great job today DAVID Thanks PK And I want you to take this as a big win I want it to incentivize you going forward So David, as much as I have given you good news, and I am proud of you, I am going to give you some constructive criticism You came in under budget but I didnt ask you to come in under budget, you should have had a bar tender there, okay DAVID Yeah PK Okay which would have meant that you werent standing behind the bar the whole time unable to show potential buyers around the house Pam, you know what I want from you PAM Yeah PK And I want to see a competitive spirit I dont want you getting knocked over by obstacles Okay PAM Sure PK Youre a single mum and youre a fighter and you have to fight for this job PAM I will PK Because nobody is going to get a job with RIB if they havent got a fighting spirit PK Rasa and Raabia I wasnt impressed with guest lists, I dont think you utilized what you had available to you I dont believe that you asked any of your fellow trainees for help So you took it on, on your own, and you failed Okay, lets talk about the entertainment Bobby and Stacey The band were miles too loud you couldnt hear yourself talk The contortionist I dont even know why she was there, I guess it added to an overall look and feel, but it wasnt good enough what you did STACEY Okay PK Okay STACEY Yeah PK And thats an issue PK Props Mairead and Colin Horrible Horrible The very few props that were there, they were positioned incorrectly, there was no information on the house at all No brochure no leaflet nothing PAM Youre okay youre strong PAM I know me too BOBBY Really intense, dont worry we all feel exactly the same MAIREAD I really felt like I was doing a good job, and then to hear all that feedback it just reminds me of how hard this is PK Are we good? MAIREAD Yeah Yeah PK Is there anything you guys wanna add LONNEE I did see at the end, you guys were arguing, and kind of little bit at each others throat, in the kitchen And there were still guests, so PK Thats not cool BOBBY It was a mistake obviously erm it was just, I think our first chance to catch up and I think with the adrenaline excitement we got ahead of ourselves STACEY Its not okay BOBBY Its not okay PK I dont want you to get confused about who I am, and how I do things, And you know that I am tough and you know that I wanna win You are here, because I want you to win as well I am a big believer in second chances A big believer So, every single one of you is getting a second chance PK So, nobody is going home today youve got a lot of improving to do There is a long way to go, but youre all going to live to fight another day RASA Thank you BOBBY Thank you guys See you later STACEY I cared what PKs thoughts were, it means the world to me like to get this job, and have this opportunity So, to obviously hear his feedback, I am gonna take it on board, and do better next time, and, feel silly crying, but, its just its just like life changing so just wanna get it right PK I am gonna let you loose on a V VIP clients house Definitely not allowed to fuck this one up STACEY Okay PK If you do then, you will be leaving COLIN I think youve done really well mate GIRL Looking at the two of them DAVID You were smooth as silk mate GIRL It would be Who sells Super Prime and who sells used cars BOY GEORGE Ha ha PK Rasa, unfortunately I know its not your biggest problem RASA Its okay competition is competition PK I dont think Super Prime agency is for you
