They found a philanthropist who's willing to put up 80% of the asking price of the lighthouse property. The aim is to purchase the property from you, and then apply for historical landmark designation. WARREN I'm sorry, I'm gonna stop you. Did you just say 80%? OLIVIA I'm sure, given enough time, they'll find other donors willing to put up the rest, but Senator Rayman can only move so f-- WARREN No. No more time.
